Strix Lab 充值活动条款与条件

This campaign is open to all eligible Strix Lab users, including both new and existing users.

To qualify, users must:

• Have an active Strix Lab account;
• Make an eligible deposit of at least USD50 during the campaign period.

Each user may receive a maximum of USD50 in Trading Credits throughout the entire campaign.

Eligible users will receive 10% of their qualifying deposit amount in Trading Credits.

Examples:

• Deposit USD50 → Receive USD5 Trading Credits
• Deposit USD100 → Receive USD10 Trading Credits
• Deposit USD200 → Receive USD20 Trading Credits
• Deposit USD300 → Receive USD30 Trading Credits
• Deposit USD500 → Receive USD50 Trading Credits
• Deposit USD1,000 → Receive USD50 Trading Credits

The maximum campaign reward is USD50 in Trading Credits per user.

A minimum deposit of USD50 is required to qualify for the campaign.

Deposits below USD50 will not qualify for the 10% Trading Credit reward.

Trading Credits are capped at a total of USD50 per user for the entire campaign period.

Once a user has received USD50 in Trading Credits, no additional Trading Credits will be awarded under this campaign.

For example:

USD500 deposit × 10% = USD50 Trading Credits

If a user deposits more than USD500, the maximum reward will remain USD50.

Campaign rewards will be issued as Strix Lab Trading Credits.

Trading Credits:

• Can be used for trading on eligible Strix Lab markets;
• Cannot be withdrawn as cash;
• Cannot be transferred to another user or account;
• Cannot be exchanged or redeemed directly for cash.

Trading Credits are promotional credits and are separate from the user's deposited funds. Any profits generated from trading with the Trading Credits may be withdrawn.

Only successfully completed deposits made during the campaign period will qualify.

Deposits that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, unsuccessful, fraudulent or otherwise invalid will not be eligible for the campaign reward.

Trading Credits received under this campaign will be valid for 30 days from the date they are credited to the user's Strix Lab account.

Any unused Trading Credits remaining after the 30-day validity period will automatically expire and will no longer be available for use.

Users are encouraged to use their Trading Credits before the expiry date.

Expired Trading Credits cannot be reinstated, exchanged, transferred or converted into cash.

The campaign will run from:

31 August 2026, 00:00 UTC to 3 September 2026, 09:18 UTC (17:18 Malaysia time).

Deposits completed on or after 3 September 2026, 09:18 UTC do not qualify.

Only eligible deposits successfully completed within the campaign period will qualify.

Trading Credits will be automatically credited to eligible users' Strix Lab accounts after the qualifying deposit is successfully confirmed and all campaign requirements have been met.

The 30-day validity period begins from the date the Trading Credits are credited to the user's account.

This campaign is intended for genuine Strix Lab users.

Strix Lab reserves the right to disqualify users or remove promotional Trading Credits where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Multiple-account abuse;
• Fraudulent activity;
• Market manipulation;
• Wash trading;
• Attempts to exploit the campaign mechanics; or
• Any activity that violates Strix Lab's Terms of Use.

Strix Lab reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the campaign where necessary due to technical issues, regulatory requirements, fraud, abuse or circumstances beyond Strix Lab's reasonable control.

Any material campaign changes will be communicated through Strix Lab's official channels where reasonably possible.

Participation in this campaign is also subject to Strix Lab's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Strix Lab reserves the right to determine campaign eligibility and reward distribution in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.
